Patient Care Specialist - LPN

About the Role

This LPN position involves working at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bellevue, WA. You will be responsible for administering medications, conducting patient assessments, and developing individualized care plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

* Current unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in WA state
* Active BLS certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced SNF environment
