About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Per Diem LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need. With a focus on delivering high-quality patient care, you will provide home health visits and support the day-to-day care of clients receiving services from EverHome Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing home health visits to clients in Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties.
  • Completing start of care documents, including initial nursing assessments and plan of care.
  • Preparing and submitting clinical notes at the end of each visit.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
  • Be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • Have 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation, home care, or hospice.
  • Demonstrate an ability to practice independently in the delivery of nursing care and be a problem solver.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Require reliable transportation for use when traveling to work sites.
  • Hold a valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of current auto liability insurance.
  • Be computer literate with experience in different computer programs.
