Hospital Nurse Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Infusion Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care for the safety and well-being of our patients. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with our pharmacy staff and physicians, and ensuring seamless coordination with home health and other community agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, adhering to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in Infusion nursing services, pharmacy services, and state laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, physicians, and patients to develop and monitor goals of patients' therapies.
- Evaluate progress toward goals and make recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care based on patients' needs.
- Coordinate nursing care with home health and other community agencies as indicated.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
- Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in IV therapy preferred.
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work a variety of shift models.
