Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Additional education, competencies, and/or certification required as a condition of employment may vary by clinical unit.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
