We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team at FC Compassus LLC. As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them regain strength and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with patients in their homes to develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans
  • Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification and negative TB screen
  • Minimum one year experience in a home health setting
