Job Summary

Wagstaff Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hebron, KY. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all production equipment, including CNC machines, overhead cranes, and compressed air systems.
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of facility buildings and grounds, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with the plant manager and project lead to prioritize and complete special projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certificate in a maintenance-related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or electrical maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Environment

As a Maintenance Technician at Wagstaff Inc., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be exposed to various machinery and equipment, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety.
