Your Role:

The Sanitation Operations Associate is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness of both production and non-production areas within our facility. This role involves adhering to the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Thorough cleaning of all manufacturing equipment using appropriate chemicals and power washing techniques.
  • Operating forklifts and scissor lifts as needed for cleaning tasks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in office areas, hallways, locker rooms, and break rooms, including trash disposal and carpet vacuuming.
  • Performing outdoor maintenance tasks, such as grounds cleanup and snow removal.
  • Keeping accurate sanitation records and cleaning logs.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services, particularly with power-washing equipment and chemical cleaning.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with exposure to various conditions, including high temperatures and loud noise levels.
