Job Description

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to tenants, applicants, and visitors. This includes responding to inquiries, managing mail and applications, and scheduling conference rooms as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and applications, using Microsoft Office and Excel as needed.
  • Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate personnel, ensuring confidentiality when necessary.
  • Schedule conference rooms and ensure they are clean and prepared for use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, applicants, and visitors, responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls and manage correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using Microsoft Office and Excel as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience in property management a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) required.
