Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites for work, removing debris and potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assisting Tradesmen: Support skilled tradesmen in completing their tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
  • Utility Identification: Identify underground utilities and monitor dig crews to prevent damage and ensure safe excavation practices.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Supply Restocking: Restock trucks with necessary supplies, ensuring that crews have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • License: Valid driver's license required; CDL Class A driver's license preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
Work Environment

This role operates in a field environment, requiring extended periods of physical activity, including bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and working in various weather conditions. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain clarity of vision is essential.
