Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Preconstruction Manager to support our growing business in the Mountain Region. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our Sales and Estimating teams to develop well-specified and budgeted opportunities, while simultaneously developing strong relationships with general contractors and subcontractors to place DN Tanks in the best possible position for success.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of success in the construction industry, especially in heavy-civil construction. You will own the development of sales strategy to mobilize bids alongside the Regional Manager (RM), foster and develop strong relationships with contractors, and act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or other technical field such as Construction Management, and 5 years of professional experience preferably in the municipal, consulting or construction related industry. Proficiency with MS Office, estimating programs, scheduling, Bluebeam and AutoCAD software is preferred.
As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating estimating requests, utilizing analytical skills to identify discrepancies within documents, and collaborating with the Lead Estimator to determine performance capabilities of meeting project schedule requirements.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $86,000 - $127,000 a year, annual incentive program, 401k with employer matching contribution, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, disability insurance, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and gym reimbursement.
