Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies is currently in search of a dedicated Raw Material and Quality Supervisor for a client in the Industrial Manufacturing sector.

Position Details:

Location: Pulaski, TN

Schedule: Full Time/On-site

Compensation: $60k-$70k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient utilization of raw materials through a cost-effective management program.
  • Coordinate the flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods from the source to the final destination.
  • Monitor material requirements and maintain communication with purchasing, production, sales, and warehouse teams.
  • Conduct quality control activities, including testing and evaluations, while analyzing and interpreting the results.
  • Identify and report non-conformities related to raw materials, providing recommendations and implementing corrective actions as directed by Technical Management.
  • Manage daily quality control operations, ensuring that testing systems and audit processes meet established KPIs, while gathering data to identify issues and determine root causes.
  • Utilize benchmarking techniques to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and guide assigned teams in their daily operations, developing and executing an operational plan for the Spectrometer Lab in alignment with established guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quality assurance, raw materials, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in manufacturing quality and raw materials management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
