Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Care Partner to join our team at our Cobb community. As a CNA Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our patients and residents. If you are passionate about working in a healthcare setting and have excellent customer service and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Document patient care and services provided in the electronic medical record
- Current Georgia CNA certification
- 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a person-directed care community preferred
- Memory care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
- Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
