CRH is seeking a skilled Asphalt Plant Laborer to join our team in the East Texas Area. As an Asphalt Plant Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our asphalt plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the plant operator with daily tasks and activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the asphalt plant equipment.
- Operate heavy equipment, such as Bobcats, to maintain the plant area.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the plant operator to optimize production and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
