Job Overview

ACAPX LLC is expanding, and we are in search of a skilled Plumbing Technician to contribute to our operations. This role involves overseeing the installation, upkeep, assessment, functioning, and repair of plumbing systems across various commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance on plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Address plumbing service requests from the general contracting division.
  • Install plumbing infrastructures in new construction projects and renovation sites.
  • Maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Capable of lifting over 50 lbs, bending, stretching, standing for prolonged periods, climbing stairs and ladders, reaching, twisting, sitting, and walking. Availability for overtime and weekend work as required.
  • Proficient in testing plumbing systems to detect leaks.
  • Comply with current plumbing regulations to ensure systems pass inspections on the first attempt.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Understanding of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills at a technical level.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the plumbing field.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Clear criminal background.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that involve the use of arms and legs (e.g., climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials).
