Job Title: Plumbing Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Estimator to join our team at Rogers Mechanical Contractors. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing estimates for commercial plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial plumbing projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimates and project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible pricing and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and estimating software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
