Role Overview

Clinical Magnet, a division of Icon Medical Network, is seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Nurse to join our partner's team in Philadelphia, PA. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1+ years of inpatient OR experience, an active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania, and BSN degree (or currently enrolled in a BSN program). Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional perioperative care to patients in procedure, operating, and recovery rooms
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the OR by maintaining stock levels of surgical supplies and equipment
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for surgical patients
  • Evaluating patients prior to surgery and in postoperative phases to ensure seamless care continuity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 1+ years of inpatient OR experience required
  • Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
  • BSN (or currently enrolled in a BSN program)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Covid Vaccination is a requirement unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption
