Estimated salary: $46,400 - $54,240 per year.

We are seeking an energetic and smiling Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Bliss Car Wash. As a water warrior, you will be passionate about making a difference one car at a time. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage site staff and create a positive experience for guests. They will also provide daily direction to the team, ensuring safety and compliance procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also demonstrate attention to detail, with the capability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage site staff and improve/maintain a clean, efficient site.
  • Assist with daily paperwork in manager's absence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by training the team on internal and external programs.
  • Lead the team in creating a safe, positive working environment for employees and guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintain a high level of customer caring at all times.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative when problems arise.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Demonstrate ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
Working Conditions
  • Works outdoors with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
  • Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.
  • Noise and vibration exposure.
