We are looking for a highly experienced SWPPP Inspector - Field Expert to join our team at Canacre. As a key member of our environmental compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of environmental responsibility.

In this role, you will conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential environmental hazards and ensure compliance with SWPPP and other relevant regulations. You will also provide technical guidance to the project team regarding SWPPP and other environmental regulations, and develop and implement corrective action plans and mitigation measures for any identified environmental issues or hazards.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Environmental Science or related field of study
  • Formal leadership training and certifications such as CPESC and CESCL
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in SWPPP inspection and compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of environmental best management practices
