Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize the scrub and preparation aspects of surgical patient care.
  • Collaborate with RNs, surgeons, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain AORN standards of professional nursing practice.
  • Assist with patient positioning, tilling, and maneuvering.
  • Operate anesthesia equipment and maintain aseptic technique.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
  • CST-Certified Surgical Technologist certification.
  • Minimum five years experience in Surgical Services preferred.
  • Experience in basic computer skills preferred.
