Job Title: Portfolio Management Risk Specialist

Capital One Financial Corp is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) - Models and Advanced Data Insights (MADI) organization, you will play a critical role in building and leading portfolio management / product operations practices that enable an end-to-end view of the intent and delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships, collaborate, and communicate directly with Product, Delivery, and Sr Leaders to manage the intake, prioritization, and slotting of intent.
  • Design, develop, and manage capacity & demand views within a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Partner with agile teams to bring deeper analytics to planning and delivery target development.
  • Implement and maintain key metrics that further inform the health of the portfolio and leadership decision making.
  • Partner with the Program Management team to build and implement future state agile delivery practices that enable seamless flow/delivery of work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience.
  • At least 2 years of Program Management or 2 years of Portfolio Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Agile Delivery experience in Financial Services or Tech company.
  • 4 years of Program Management experience or 4 years of Portfolio Management experience.
  • Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
