The Vending Specialist is a key member of the i-Vend Support Team responsible for maintaining the integrity of the i-Vend database. This role works closely with i-Vend and operations managers to identify, resolve, and prevent route and warehouse overages and shortages.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the financial team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the i-Vend data.
- Complete daily and weekly i-Vend tasks to maintain the i-Vend data and provide timely accountability information to the i-Vend Managers and District Teams.
- Maintain machine plan-o-grams, balances daily collections, correct machine service errors, and keep the machine movement information up to date.
- Verify and correct warehouse transfers and inventory in i-Vend, key purchase orders, and product transfers, and balance the warehouse inventory on a weekly basis.
- Verify and correct route inventories in i-Vend, and balance routes on a weekly basis.
- Stay current with any new i-Vend program changes.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with drivers, managers, and technicians.
- Work with managers to coordinate activities that affect i-Vend.
- Attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and updated about current developments related to the company.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Strong Excel and Pivot Table experience.
- 4-year degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
