Speech Language Therapy Manager Position

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to manage our speech and language therapy program.
\Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
\Job Description:
- The Clinical Leader will oversee the management of our speech and language therapy team, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective program implementation.
- This role involves collaborating with the Director of Professional Development and Clinical Research Coordination to supervise assigned staff, including observing and evaluating treatments, scheduling and conducting meetings, formulating plans for staff development, mentoring and supporting staff, ensuring timely documentation, licensing, and competencies.
- The Clinical Leader will also assist with orientation and onboarding of new staff, in-service training, and providing guidance in continuing education opportunities.
- This position requires managing all IEE and IEP coverage, and direct patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in speech therapy from an accredited SLP program is required.
- Successful completion of the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board exam and maintenance of a current cleared credential is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience as a practicing clinician, including SLPA, with progressive leadership experience is required.
- Valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California and proof of insurance is required.
- Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to fifty (50) pounds is required.
