We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological services to mentally ill inmates at a correctional facility in San Quentin, California.

The ideal candidate will have a valid and active California Psychology license, a minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years, and the ability to work effectively with staff of all classifications.

The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting initial mental health evaluations, performing clinically sound suicide risk evaluations, and meeting with mentally ill inmates for crisis intervention and group psychotherapy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

We offer a competitive rate of $102/hour and a 19-week contract.
