RN Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our team at Pembroke Center in Pembroke, NC. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the overall success of our nursing unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the nursing team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
