Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cafe area, by sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including food preparation and customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and associates.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
