Position Overview:

As a key player in our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the evaluation and qualification of suppliers involved in mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in the comprehensive evaluation of suppliers for mass production, including technical assessments.
  2. Manage the quality of engineering samples (A/B/C samples) and structural components, ensuring effective planning, process validation, and sample acceptance.
  3. Oversee the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) for mass production suppliers, focusing on quality valve organization and risk management throughout the supplier process development.
  4. Facilitate the approval process for supplier PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  5. Implement optimization strategies for supplier quality systems, addressing quality issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management within the automotive or powertrain sectors, including at least 1 project involving quality management or project initiation.
  2. In-depth knowledge of product development and APQP processes.
  3. Proven ability to resolve quality issues, with proficiency in IATF16949 standards and quality tools.
  4. Familiarity with energy storage and battery manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  5. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
