Hospital Security Specialist

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities- Observe and survey the assigned location to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations, utilizing your knowledge of customer procedures, regulations, and standards to ensure a swift and effective resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Read and write detailed reports, accurately documenting incidents and security-related activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous experience in a security-related role, preferably in a law enforcement or safety and security capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
