We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing / Production Technician to join our team at AAA USA in Duluth, Minnesota. As a Fiberglass Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating and constructing the world's best-selling general aviation aircraft.

About the Role

You will be responsible for installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts. You will follow engineering drawings and specifications to install, connect, or bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners. Additionally, you will ensure fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • FOLLOWING ENGINEERING DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS: Install, connect, or bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners.
  • ENSURING FIT, CLEARANCE, ALIGNMENT, AND FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE: Comply with design requirements.
  • PREPARING AND USING FIXTURES: Aid in locating, bonding, or drilling aircraft parts.
  • Routing wire harnesses in accordance with specifications.
Requirements
  • MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW AND COMPLETE WORK INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WEAR A RESPIRATOR AND OTHER PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT VARYING WEIGHT REPEATEDLY.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO STAND FOR UP TO 10 HOURS IN A DAY.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED.
About AAA USA

AAA USA is an in-situ manufacturing company that offers specialized subcontracting and technical assistance services related to industrialization, production, and supplier monitoring processes in the Aerospace and Transportation sector.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide paid travel and lodging assistance, long and short-term contracts, immediate placement, PTO, six paid holidays, and health benefits.
