Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receiveable to assist in managing the company's incoming payments and ensuring that invoices are collected promptly, as well as providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Managing invoices and billings
  • Tracking and collecting payments
  • Maintaing customer relationships
  • Performing daily cash management
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in clerical work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in data entry and customer service.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment where business casual attire is required daily.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
