Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Support professional to join our team in Baker City, OR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment maintenance, including welding, pump overhauls, and painting, to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Load and deliver fertilizer and chemicals to customers, adhering to DOT, OSHA, and Hazmat regulations.
  • Operate equipment to blend fertilizer, monitoring product application and cleaning equipment after use.
  • Receive and unload product, performing warehouse inventory and storage functions.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance and organization, as well as warehouse and yard material organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
  • HazMat Endorsement or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
  • Tanker Endorsement or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
  • Applicators license desired.
