Scope of Work
The Registered Nurse (RN) in our SICU plays a critical role in providing patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients. Our RNs work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. We prioritize patient and family-centered care, recognizing the importance of patient and family partnerships in achieving optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
- Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years
