- Documentation: Document medication administration and resident care in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Risk Management: Identify and report any potential risks or hazards to residents, staff, and visitors.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in medication administration and resident care.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
