Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including setting and achieving long-term and short-term goals.
  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, utilizing a variety of modalities and manual therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Analyze patient data and test results to inform treatment decisions and adjust plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a physical therapy setting.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and observational skills.
  • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required.
