**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has a strong desire to grow and develop our Physical Therapy Business. As a Physical Therapist at Focus Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide patient care that is ethical and in accordance with the Physical Therapy Rules of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and applicable state and federal laws.
* Perform in-depth patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage individualized treatment focused on patient goals.
* Establish long-term and short-term goals in conjunction with patients and caregiving teams.
* Develop mutually beneficial relationships with patients and the clinic.
* Provide ongoing education and instruction through home programs given to patients.
* Use special instruments and qualitative assessment methods.
* Keep accurate and timely records of initial evaluations, progress, and discharge of clients.
* Ensure patients remain excited about physical therapy and committed to treatment plans.
* Provide support to the marketing team to grow the practice.
* Prepare and sanitize therapy areas.
* Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as appropriate.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
