Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Methodist Physicians Clinic - Prairie Fields. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in collecting and processing blood samples for analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and preserve blood samples and other body fluids for analysis
  • Process patient specimens appropriately and in a safe manner
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to communicate and cooperate with patients and laboratory staff
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into laboratory information systems
  • Perform routine venipuncture and dermal puncture procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of phlebotomy experience or completion of a structured phlebotomy training course
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
