We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor Specialist to join our team at SHC WVUHS Home Care. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice care services, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality patient outcomes and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia or appropriate state board.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in hospice care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
