About the Role
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements
  • RN licensure in West Virginia or compact state.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
  • One year of home care nursing experience and two years of prior nursing experience.
