- Utilize front-end document designing tools to code fields and add data bindings to documents.
- Configure documents for validations and calculations using in-house tools.
- Document changes that require new fields, validations, or calculations.
- Resolve issues that occur in development before pushing documents into the QA environment.
- Support development and QA teams with UAT testing of documents.
- Have a knowledge of RPG and Java script coding for UAT testing.
- Stay up-to-date with existing and new compliance regulations for all 50 states, OEMs, and Financial Institutions.
- Understand the Business Office application within the DMS to assist clients with setups.
- Understand dealerships' products, processes, and 3rd-party product integrations.
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders during implementation.
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience working in the automotive or financial industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and external business units.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, investigative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building relationships and working across a highly-matrixed organization.
- Experience working in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of RPG and Java script.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The hourly base pay rate is $31.63/hour. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and/or an incentive program. Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
