About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Cox Automotive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and create documents for dealership transactions, including funding, registration, and titling.
  • Utilize front-end document designing tools to code fields and add data bindings to documents.
  • Configure documents for validations and calculations using in-house tools.
  • Document changes that require new fields, validations, or calculations.
  • Resolve issues that occur in development before pushing documents into the QA environment.
  • Support development and QA teams with UAT testing of documents.
  • Have a knowledge of RPG and Java script coding for UAT testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with existing and new compliance regulations for all 50 states, OEMs, and Financial Institutions.
  • Understand the Business Office application within the DMS to assist clients with setups.
  • Understand dealerships' products, processes, and 3rd-party product integrations.
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders during implementation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience working in the automotive or financial industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and external business units.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, investigative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building relationships and working across a highly-matrixed organization.
  • Experience working in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of RPG and Java script.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly base pay rate is $31.63/hour. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and/or an incentive program. Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
