Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and drive business growth.
