Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop programming for all CNC operations
  • Offer technical guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance to CNC operators
  • Assist Operations with any necessary adjustments to CNC programming files or equipment
  • Provide support to the Production Scheduler and Material Coordinator as needed
  • Manage DXF files from import through to programming output for all CNC operations
  • Coordinate and oversee the release of Production Tracking Documents for CNC Drill Programs, CNC Programs, and Cut Lists
  • Maintain organized files by Job for all information distributed to Operations
  • Administer Fabsuite: Download information, verify data accuracy, link piece marks to raw materials, and establish workstation routings and sequence logic through the generation of Shop Floor Cut Lists
  • Engage in project planning to determine the sequence of operations and assist in planning project execution from project notification to shipment
  • Participate in weekly project meetings and new project planning sessions
  • Execute schedules with urgency while prioritizing safety, quality, timeliness, and cost

Required Skills:

  • Advanced blueprint reading skills; essential
  • Proficient knowledge of computer-based modeling/programming; essential
  • Experience with AutoCAD-CAD/CAM; essential
  • Familiarity with Prime Cut; preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and communication abilities
  • Formal training in CAD, CAM, and CNC
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment; preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, moving equipment, heavy steel, and other potential hazards on the production floor
  • Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are mandatory on the production floor


Compensation Details: $27-$31 Hourly Wage
