Job Opportunity

Precision Industrial Contractors is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Concrete Finisher to work on various construction projects in WA/OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting forms to hold concrete in place
  • Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues
  • Directing the casting of concrete with the truck driver
  • Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using various tools
  • Monitoring the effects of weather on the curing process
  • Applying sealing and hardening components
  • Safely operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools
  • Polishing surfaces using power surfacing machines

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a concrete laborer or mason
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours
  • Ability to kneel for long periods
  • Knowledge of hand-held and power tools
  • Able to work shifts, nights, and public holidays as required
