Support Care Specialist

**Job Summary**
Tre Homecare LLC, a 24hr Residential Organization in Washington County Oregon, is seeking part- and full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to connect with individuals with developmental disabilities.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting individuals to make choices, grow their relationships, and plan activities. Your role will also involve household maintenance, administering medications, and ensuring the health and safety of all individuals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and eating.
- Plan and prepare meals, as well as maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Support individuals with emergency situations and complete necessary documentation.
**Requirements**
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a criminal history check through Oregon DHS and not be on the OIG Exclusions list.
- Driver's License preferred.
**Benefits**
- $19-$20 per hour starting wage DOE.
- Overtime available but not required.
