Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth through meaningful client relationships and effective liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Estimated Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
