Superintendent

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, the Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Verify that all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate with project personnel to ensure a safe jobsite and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Maintain and post all documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Previous construction experience, preferably in residential construction.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate.
• Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Salary $45k - $55k, depending on experience.
• Eligible for commission plan after 90 days and favorable review.
