Superintendent

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our structure restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Verify that all work meets company standards and homeowner expectations, conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with project personnel to ensure a safe working environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and Apex Restoration DKI policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, posting updates and reports as required.

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience, preferably in residential restoration, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, with experience using PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States, with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
• Eligibility for commission plan after 90 days, with possible earnings of 50% to 100% of base salary.
