Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic OPC (Off Property Consultant) to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for promoting our resorts and services to potential clients in the Central Florida area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote Westgate Resorts and its services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on ticket prices, special promotions, and other relevant information to effectively promote our services.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Central Florida area and its attractions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
