Job Overview

At K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC, we are seeking a skilled Structural Metal Fabricator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in fabricating, assembling, and installing structural steel products.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabrication: Prepare metal products for welding, including cutting, bending, and straightening using hand tools and equipment.
  • Assembly: Assemble structural steel products such as beams, braces, pipes, and plates according to specifications.
  • Installation: Install boilers, containers, and other structures.

 

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of fitter work-related experience and/or training is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Training: Training from a vocational school or previous employer in the use of application tools and techniques is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read blueprints, section, and plan drawings and weld symbols. Basic knowledge of mathematics. Ability to multitask and work independently.

 

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
