Job Title: Principal Digital Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Digital Design Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Vision Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop next-generation digital visible and infrared image sensors
  • Contribute to mixed-signal ASIC/ROIC development activities
  • Develop and maintain digital design flow, including RTL writing, testbenches construction, synthesis, static timing analysis, place-and-route, and DFT
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

  • BS, Electrical Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience
  • MS, Electrical Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience
  • PhD, Electrical Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with full digital design flow
  • Experience with Cadence tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ROIC architecture
  • Advanced degree
