Digital Design Engineer

Raytheon Vision Systems is seeking a skilled digital design engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation digital visible and infrared image sensors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital design flow, including RTL writing using Verilog & SystemVerilog, testbenches construction, Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, Place-and-Route, and DFT. The successful candidate will be part of a team designing innovative mixed-signal ASIC/ROIC solutions. Key qualifications include a BS, Electrical Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, or an MS, Electrical Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or a PhD, Electrical Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, experience with full Digital Design Flow and Cadence tools is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with ROIC architecture and advanced degrees.
