Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional to perform routine and preventative maintenance on our building systems, including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility operations and experience with material handling equipment and industrial refrigeration.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems
  • Monitor building systems and alarms for proper operation and respond to malfunctions
  • Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Operate a wide variety of power tools and motorized equipment
  • Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Requirements
  • Prior mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience preferred
  • Ability to properly operate a wide variety of power tools and motorized equipment
  • Be a licensed driver in the state of California
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Prior experience in industrial refrigeration (ammonia) preferred
